Processing time

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies and the time needed for custom made to order items vary.  After placing your order you will receive an email acknowledgement of your order and information detailing when your order will be shipped.  For custom orders you can contact us via email to request the estimated time for your order to ship prior to placing the order.  

Estimated shipping times North America: 3-5 business days

I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns & exchanges

By Vanessa S. LLC. is a small independent business.  Although we love our products we realize not everyone will.  I gladly accept returns and exchanges however; the item must be in the original packaging with all original tags, unused, not tainted or broken in any way. No visible wear and tear spots or damage.  

Please note that photos of the items are taken before shipping during the final inspection. Any return that is displays damage will not be refunded. 

To return an item: 

Contact us within: 3 days of delivery

Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery (we will provide shipping information for the return of a damaged item only). 

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

·  Custom or personalized orders

·  Digital downloads

·  Items on sale

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs for items not deemed damaged by a representative of By Vanessa S. LLC.   If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
